About Professional Chef Catering - Introduction of what we do

Professional Chef Catering is a family owned and privately run catering service situated in Anna Bay, Port Stephens-NSW.

Our aim is, to prepare and serve customers, with high culinary art and fine food catering,  specialising in providing fresh and delicious food with an unforgettable dining experience, particular for any special events or functions like weddings, intimate family gatherings or social elegant canape cocktail parties.

We cover areas of "The Bays", Port Stephens, Anna Bay, Nelson Bay, Shoal Bay, Boat Harbour, Newcastle, Taylors Beach, Bobs Farm, Lemon tree passage, Salamander Bay, Soldiers Point, Tanilba Bay, Tea Gardens and Hawks nest.

We specialise in catering for customers in their own home, holiday lettings or customers chosen venues.

3 (three) course sit down luncheons/dinners (minimum 6 guests)

Share platters (minimum 8 guests)

Paella catering (minimum 20 guests- maximum 45 guests)

Traditional tapas (from 12 guests)

German Food (minimum 6 guests)

Plant based Vegan Food (minimum 6 guests)   

To ensure customer satisfaction our professional chef works with your ideas and presents service options to you that are flexible, tailored and special for all occasions and events using locally sourced fresh food ingredients providing a personalised catering service that will give you the unique food experience whilst maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction. We also cater for all special dietary requirements and vegetarian options.
