Thank you so much for catering our small intimate wedding for 24 people. We had the 3 course alternate drop luncheon and every course was fabulous. The service, food, menu choices & clean up after was perfection. 5 stars - I highly recommend !

Last night we hosted a party for my (significant) birthday.
Andreas and Pia from Professional Chef Catering catered all the "Canape Cocktail Food". They were simply outstanding. The food was delicious and definitely sufficient, service was excellent and all the guests raved about the food.
Party was fabulous in no small part due to Andreas and Pia.

We had the pleasure of Pia and Andreas Bolle prepare a meal for us for a family celebration. From the moment we made contact, the experience was exceptional. After leaving an initial enquiry message, Andreas almost immediately returned our call, followed by an extensive list of menu options that went far beyond expectations in volume and scope and when advised we had some children attending, even sent a separate menu list for them. On the night they were prompt, highly organised, set the scene and table beautifully and simply went about their business in a very unobtrusive manner. The "three course sit down dinner" was excellent, well prepared and no one certainly went hungry ... it was quite the opposite. Children are often left out in the dining world and are given very basic “nuggets and chips” or similar with not much care - not so in this case - “Mac’n’Cheese” for entre was out of this world (and everyone ended up sampling as was so good). Clean up was again done with little or no bother and the kitchen left spotless. We would definitely recommend Professional Chef Catering for that “special” occasion.

I’d highly recommend the team at Professional Chef Catering. The Food "Chicken and Chorizo Paella" as well as the "Tapas variation" was amazing and our guests were extremely complimentary about the catering and service provided. Helpful, respectful and just great chefs!

Pia and Andreas catered for my wife’s “special” birthday, and we could not be more pleased with the result. Having selected from their extensive menu, they came into our home around 3pm bringing all that was required (ingredients, plates, cutlery, table dressing etc) and by 6pm we sat down to a wonderful 3-course meal that was beautifully prepared and presented. The meal was delicious and our guests were very impressed. The cost was quite reasonable, and we had the opportunity to sit back and relax with our friends and not worry about a thing. My family and I would like to thank you and Andreas for the seamless catering service you provided for Nick’s milestone birthday, from the planning to the execution of our celebration the level of service and quality of food was exquisite.
I would highly recommend Professional Chef Catering we still talk about the celebration, sharing a beautiful night filled with food that was fit for royalty that is how you and Andreas made our family feel. From the "Canapes to the Coffee and sweets " just thinking about them makes us salivate, our private chef Andreas and the level of service provided by both you and Andreas allowed our family to enjoy the evening celebrating.
I recall sitting with my family by the fire saying goodnight to you and Andreas and coming into the house to find that kitchen and dining areas were spotless. Thank you to you, Pia and Andreas, for the care and warmth, and five-star service you brought to our celebration.
Andreas as our chef of choice, the level of experience and expertise you brought to our celebration is rated at three hats, we could not rate your creativity, taste, and presentation any higher than you sit amongst the top ten (10) in Sydney. We most certainly will use your services again and highly recommend your warm and professional services.

I cannot describe how pleased we were with the way in which Andreas and Pia from Professional Chef Catering catered for our recent wedding. The food for the "3 course sit down dinner" was delicious and Andreas was very helpful in providing for those of our guests with special dietary requirements. The table was set beautifully and Pia served our guests in a most attentive and professional manner. Communicating with Pia and Andreas in the period leading up to the wedding was very easy. "Thank you Pia and Andreas- Just writing to say how much the family enjoyed the dinner prepared and served by yourselves. As you know this was a Christmas gift for our elderly parents, but CO-VID restrictions at Christmas time prevented this from happening until now.
The family enjoyed the experience and the food so much and wanted me to pass on their thanks to you both. The three course dinner was superb, cooked to order and the choice of dishes available was excellent.It was a lovely stress free night and the excellent service meant that the whole family could relax and enjoy themselves. Of which they certainly did.
Most appreciated was the attention given to ensuing that we were catered for with plenty of food. Despite being initially hesitant the family would certainly recommend this as a great experience and a great suggestion for those difficult to buy for.
We hope to use your services again in the near future.
